RankerX

Launched in 2016, RankerX guarantees first-page ranking. That is definitely a tempting offer for anyone willing to take shortcuts in SEO. It works in a way similar to Money Robot, although it claims to be highly effective for marketing video channels and content—particularly those that present quick fixes and in-demand guides. It also comes with niche-targeting and one-click automation features to further simplify the link-building process.

If you look at RankerX’s website though, you will notice that it is somewhat shady. Only the Buy Now page works (the other pages seem to be blank) and there are obvious proofreading errors throughout. Searching for reviews about the link-building software is also problematic as you will mostly end up finding ones loaded with praises. Nevertheless, even if RankerX does work, there’s no guarantee that any rank boost it gives will remain in the long term.

Once search engines identify the domains being used by RankerX, any site that depends on them will expectedly experience a drop in rank. At this point it becomes clear why the software only comes with a 30-day money back guarantee despite costing roughly a thousand dollars.

SEnuke TNG

SEnuke is priced much lower compared to RankerX despite promising the same things, including first-page ranking. It also seems to be more aggressive and comes with added features like Google Places integration, article spinning, and macro recording. The problem with this encompassing approach is that the software puts domains at risk of being flagged for all sorts of offenses, many of which are easily detected.

The article spinning feature, for example, does not do a good job of making unique copies of articles. It simply creates poorly reworded content and publishes them on dozens of low quality websites. While it is possible to get a temporary boost from this approach, it is obvious that the recipient of all those backlinks will eventually get flagged for poor quality links and content spamming.

There is also the option to do link building without having to write or spin articles. The software does this either by getting existing articles online and spinning them, or by making use of scraped content. Both these approaches have one serious downside—getting penalized for plagiarism is practically guaranteed. This, combined with the low quality link and content spam, is why many who have invested in SEnuke end up dropping it after a month or two. And yes, most of those who have used SEnuke have had their websites completely deindexed.

SEO Autopilot

Quite similar to Money Robot with its focus on Web 2.0, SEO Autopilot is a safer choice compared to most other entries on this list. Regardless of that, however, the main risks stay the same. Automating the backlink building process, even if high quality assets and domains are involved, could end up putting a website in the watchlists of search engines. Again, no matter how effective these automated solutions may seem at the start, their methods will eventually be identified—and anyone who benefited would get penalized.

xRumer

Popular roughly a decade ago, xRumer used to be among the top tools for those wanting to spam forums with links.
